I’m 20 and I feel like I need some adventure in life I want to get a one way ticket out of Australia?

I have felt lately something is really missing in my life, I didnt have a good childhood I was sexually abused for a few years as a small child and Ive been depressed most my life, I don’t really know who I am, I want to be free and have some fun today I woke up knowing I know what I’m missing and that is to just leave Australia for a year or so, Maybe America or the UK just travel, meet new amazing people, get confidence, is this a bad idea to just go? I feel this is something I HAVE to do, I’ve never felt so motivated to do something I’ve always put others first but I feel like I should do something for ME, I have $2000 in the bank, should I do this and see what the world has to offer?
