Any good tourist sites in Austrailia?

I’m going to be touring for one week so I need to know all the really cool places to visit. *Motsly places in New South Wales, Sydney.

in Sydney:
Sydney harbour bridge
centre point tower
taroga zoo
bondi beach
queen Victoria building (Sydney centre for shopping)
rocks markets (only on the weekends)
Paddy’s markets, great for cheap souvenirs (also on the weekends, near china town)
china town
darling harbour

you can go to see ‘the 3 sisters in katoomba’ few hours south you could probably do it in one day……..
